We are aware of the issue affecting services in St. Louis. Our transit provider, Level3, is investigating the network in that location to determine the source of the issue.
We will update this alert once we have any additional information or ETA on a resolution.

A switch on site has lost connectivity to the Level3 Core Routing equipment. A technician is being dispatched to the site to investigate and reboot the switch to restore connectivity.
ETA: 4 hours or less depending on on-call tech travel time.

After review, Level3 has identified an issue on their routing equipment. The physical link checks out, and they are continuing to investigate to determine the core issue and repair it. At this point, we are waiting on our transit provider to repair the issue, and we have no ETA.
If it is a switch software/configuration issue, the issue could be resolved at any moment. If there is a hardware (Switch blade, or backplane issue) this may take longer while they swap hardware. We will update again once we have any additional information.
