  1. Just one of the new features in The new Creative Suite 5 edition of Photoshop.
  2. The Microwaved Melon is one of Parker's creations.
  3. So the deepest pitching staff in the NL sucks? Hmmmm. Not to mention Heyward, their new power hitter, has 7 home runs in only 5 professional games played, and went 3 for 3 yesterday. You're probably right though, they suck.
  4. Da Braves
  5. You are almost as gay as he was for making it.... almost.
  6. Who uses it? I'm new to it, Parker got me interested in it and I'm hooked. I made my signature using it and I have only learned about 5% of everything the program can do. For those interested in learning it, or those who already know how to use it, post some links to good tutorials or to things you have made using the program. Beginner Tutorials: Basic Training - I highly recommend you watch all these videos to get acquainted to the program. 7. A clockwork Orange is one of Stanley Kubricks masterpieces (same director as Eyes Wide Shut and Full Metal Jacket). Slow to watch, but absolutely brilliant. You may or may not like it, it's definitely not for everyone.
  8. No, just retarded.
  9. A Clockwork Orange
  10. I hope Tiger wins, so he can walk up, put on his 5th Green Jacket, grab the mic, and say... That's why I get the bitches. Then just drop the mic and walk away. All you Tiger haters are feeling what Psychologists like to call envy. Sucks that he is better than you, and richer than you, and the ugliest chick he banged is twice as hot as the finest girl you'll ever do. Keep hatin bitches. Keep hatin....
  11. Actually I'll do the research for you... Read this He recorded an idle temp of 90C on a dual monitor setup, however his idle temp with the same card in the same case with one monitor was 57C. He was also using a less than adequate case when it comes to cooling a GPU: No side vents... My Tower not only has a side vent but also has a 120mm fan in said vent that blows directly on the card. So i'd say with 57C idle in that case it would be closer to 47C in my case. Add to that I only use one monitor, and your hotter than hot card theory just blew out the window.
  12. I put the two side by side so you could see the numbers next to each other. I never said the Nvidia was a better card, go read my post again. You claim these cards idle at 80c and higher.... prove it. I am just showing you that side by side, The ATI isn't that far ahead of the nvidia, and is $190 dollars cheaper. As a matter of fact: Effective Memory Clock: 3800MHz - 4GHz (up to +20% with OverVolt Tool) Memory Size: 1536MB - 2GB Memory Interface: 384-bit - 512 (256 x 2)-bit That is the difference in the two cards. That's all. You can't compare the stream processors because they are two completely different technologies. So even if you can find that card for $100 dollars cheaper (which you can't), you are paying $90 for 200MHz Memory Clock, 464MB Memory Size, and 128 bit memory interface..... Yes I am aware the nvidia cards run hotter, it's because of the way the cores are assembled. I'm also aware the cards can be cooled just like any other cards that run hot. I'd rather pay less money for better chip technology that runs a little hotter, than pay more for a cooler card and have to justify why I bought it.
  13. Happy birthday man, I'm going to work to celebrate!
  14. Ok so since all you ATI supporters throw the "buy ATI it's cheaper for the same performance" out there all the time, I thought I would do a little comparison of the two companies best products on the market. 15. Which would probably be a problem if I had a cast iron tower with no fans in it I suppose. Seeing as I have 5 120mm fans and a 200mm fan in my pc as well as a gpu cooler, I don't care if it runs at 150C while it runs circles around ATI cards.
  16. Hello Gray, We are always interested in realisms with other units. However, 35 minutes isn't really much of a notice. We require at least a 2 week time frame to get all the details worked out given our schedule is pretty full. Also 6 v 6 isn't really something you need to post on our forums about, given it's not really a realism. Send a message to myself or any of our unit members you see online to setup something like this in the future. We usually have quite a few guys that would be interested in a friendly practice scrim. Thanks, 1st Lt. A. Ford
  17. Awwwww she looks just like me.... err I mean you.
  18. I can't speak on any actual experience like McKenzie, however I can tell you what it's like growing up a child of a Marine. My father spent time at both Pendleton and Parris Island, more so at PI. We moved, a lot. I made friends, moved, made new friends, moved, rinse , repeat. The Marines really messed my dad's head up, to the point where he couldn't leave work at work and separate civilian time from work time. He was a DI 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A lot of that had to do with Vietnam mind you, but The Corps really was instilled in him through and through. Don't get me wrong, he loved the USMC, to the day he died he wore a buzz cut, and he was the only person I know who woke up at 3:30 everyday of the week to do his own personal PT. Even after he retired and did odd jobs here and there to keep himself entertained, he talked non stop about The Marine Corps. The one thing he always told me however, was don't enlist. He didn't want me to enlist not because of hatred towards Marines, he just hated the way it was becoming "pussified" and I quote him on that. All in all, I have no actual experience of my own, but I grew up surrounded by him and his friends, and they always had a good time. Whether it was getting the Mess Officer to "let some steaks fall off the truck" so they could take us all out to Elliots Beach on PI for a cookout. Going to night fire on the rifle range and watching the tracers (one of my favorite things as a kid), or just the overall camaraderie that I saw these men have with each other. That was one of the biggest things I saw, Marine looking out for other Marines. Anything one of them needed, the others would do what they had to do to make sure their brothers where taken care of. My .02
  19. Fucking hate frenchies, and canadians, so you sir are the double whammy. JK btw
  20. I'll never consider buying another ATI product, but thanks for the suggestion.
  21. Case: Antec 900 (already own) Motherboard: EVGA E760 CLASSIFIED "Overclocker's Pick" CPU: Core i7 930 PSU: Rosewill 1000 W (already own) Video Card: eVga GeForce GTX 480 RAM: G.SKILL PI Series 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 HDD: 2 Velociraptors (already own) CPU Cooler: Thermalright TRUE Black 120Rev.C CPU Cooler Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium 7.1 Headphones: Fatal1ty Gaming Headset (already own) Keyboard: G15 (already own) Mouse: Razer Imperator 5600dpi Optical: LG Blu Ray player (already own) Grand total: $1,850.00 Utilizing what I already own I think this can be a pretty badass rig for a fairly small upgrade fee. Plus, the CPU comes with a free copy of Assassins Creed 2 and the memory comes with an LG 22x DVD Burner. Nice little extras. All I have to do is wait for the video card to come in stock. While I wait I'll consider if I really want to do this or not lol. I may just drop the Video card and keep my 2 eVga 275's. Either way, I'll take some pics of the finished product whenever I decide what I'm going to do. If I do go with the upgrade as it stands, I'll have some old parts that I can give to you guys for a fairly cheap price if you are interested. Parts would include an eVga 780i Motherboard with a e6750 and CPU cooler. Some GSkill Memory. A 650W processor I have that is collecting dust and a few other miscellaneous parts.
  22. Okay, so if you have 2 extra hours of time to kill, watch this video. It's a new product that I personally am looking forward to, because I'm a nerd. The guys voice is kind of annoying, but hey, who cares.
