That Steam ID has been banned for 2 weeks, hopefully he can change his tune a little after that. as for the other link, steam might glitch out sometimes and not record the or display their steam Ids properly. They can still be banned but more than likely each of those IPs is a different person altogether.

I would say you would be good, probably built for a different operating system. But just make you pay attention to when/if you plug your phone into your computer next time. Make sure nothing fishy starts happening.
