Professor Choas's ban has been upgraded to permanent, he has ample opportunity to fix his actions which he has not. BimboPants will be lower to 2 days, however if he comes back after that period and still that offending spray or is still continuing to team kill then we will ramp up punishment

I have a hard time believing that even as a professional player that you could a have a 21.45 KpD Ratio in a full public server with the american sniper rifle.

The numbers speak for themselves in this case, with the american sniper every time you fire you should hit 6/10 shots you fire. We I came in to spec you I saw you take at least 10 shots only which 3 hit and failed to kill someone. If I also take into account your HpK ratio which is 1.8 with the Springfield, every 2nd shot should have killed someone to which you didn't kill any within 30 seconds.

You are right when you say that seeing someone go 100+ kills and 10-20 deaths on jagd isn't something you see everyday. Which is why it is so suspicious to me.

I sorry to have to inform you that I don't see any flaw in this reasoning with using these numbers you have racked up in the past 4 days on our server. If someone higher ranked than me says otherwise you will be unbanned but for now your ban stays.

I joined the server to spec and his ratio immediately plummeted which is the sign of a toggler, he has been permanently banned.

I have switched my cables from HDMI to DVI to another DVI to DVI and still getting problems. My main monitor is still doing what I showed in the first picture, and though I've never seen it I swear in my peripheral vision I can see my secondary monitor flicker and a huge black bar will show up in the middle of the screen horizontally. By the time I look over it is gone.

I believe that my video card has a compatibly issue my new motherboard, problem is that I don't have another video card to test this theory of mine with.

It has been uped to 1 month, next ban after that is permanent.

I have have 2 montior linked into my GPU right now,

My GPU now is a Radeon HD 7850 that is being OCed.

The secondary monitor is using DVI, however the primary is using a HDMI to DVI connection which is why I thought it was the cable.

Type of issue: Not sure but I suppose it could be hardware

Brief Description of Issue: I don't really know how to explain it but I have a picture that does. This happened to my Primary Monitor while my secondary monitor was completely fine.

I'm guessing it was either my GPU overheating or that the cable that is plugged into my monitor is fucked up.

Comments: This was brought to me by Barry, he used OBS to get this video and cut and pasted some of the interesting sections to look at together. Is about 2 minutes long and I believe gives sufficient evidence to suspect that this player was being aided by a aimbot.
