I never really chose to be straight, In that I mean that I like "sausage" more than "tacos". In my opinion it is more like we realize that we are either straight or gay or both. When I was a little kid, about seven or eight, I fell in love with my best friend, he was a guy. I could't tell him because at the time I thought that boys can't like other boys. I saw girls kissing boys on cartoons, not boys kissing boys. Since at the time I beklieved the idea of liking someone of the same sex was unfathomable, I decided that I would have to keep this a secret from him and everyone else, as a result I "pretended" to be straight. I lived in a community where being open about this stuff is like painting a bullseye on your back. I had pretended for so long that I had become disilusional and I faked myslef into liking a girl. After highschool was over I realized that I shouldn't be hiding my real feelings and that I should be honest. So I decided to come out of the closet, very recently I might add. All in all, I am glad that I could be honest with myself Anyway, point is: you don't choose to be straight or gay. You just have to find out for yourself.

The game was by far one of the best I have played at least since Fallout 3. Although I found that really the only weapons I ever used were the regular carbine and the sniper rifle. Not that I am complaining it is just that they made so many fucking weapons and I only used two of them. Also the ending was cool dealing with the SPOILER Idea that no matter what choices you make all paths will lead to one common point. That being the end of the game. The only noticeable impact that occurs because of your choices is that the female hero, as I call her, has a different necklace. However I still loved the game. Oh and 1999 mode is hard as fuck.

The public school I went to was a K-12 school. It almost functioned like a private school. That is mainly because the town I lived in was basically full of preppy white kids. Anyways. Because it was a public school there were quite a few mentally disabled kids that were enrolled. Most of the children had autism. However none of the kids are mocked or teased, as far as I knew. I mean a few douchebag kids would make fun of them behind their backs. However, they were usually just terrible people anyways. Point is, I have spent most of my life in the presence of autism. However, it still doesn't make it any easier for me to not notice it. Sure I don't say anything; I still notice it though. I always feel sympathetic and sad when I notice someone is inflicted with autism.
