Killing Floor was a good game but the developers have been f#@king that game in the a$$ since it first came out. There is too great of a difference when you play easy mode vs. normal mode or normal vs. hard. They have gotten rid of too many things that made the game fun to play and said that it was due to them being exploits. Ex. there are cars that you should be able to jump on to avoid being swarmed by zombies but since the zombies have a hard (not impossible just hard) time jumping on cars they said it was an exploit. There is a ton of stuff like that in the game now. There also isn't as many people that play that game left in the unit. There are a lot of people in the unit that own the game and a few that still play but not like there used to be. I would say that you should wait until the toothfairy makes another visit and buy a better game.

Seems like everyone with a mac has the same problem. I read that it has to do with the server being configured to install maps for Windows PC users only. If you install the map into the proper map directory first and then try to connect to the server it might solve the problem. HD/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/<steam username>/day of defeat source/dods/maps

I looked through the steam forums and there are a ton of people with the same problem. I have not seen any solutions yet.
