I have made a custom spray in photo shop CS5 to the dimensions of 256x256 and originally save it as a JPEG. I then converted it to a .vtf file cause valve likes that. I then put it in my day of defeat source/dod/materials/vgui/logos folder. I currently have a spray saved in the game, but have deleted the actual file from that same folder. When I try to import the new one, (in game) I select the file and click import, the box disappears and nothing happens. The old spray still remains after I try to import the new one, even after a steam and game restart. I have no clue how to remove the old spray, and I hope it doesnt require re installing the game.
