Now I am in a very tough situation as this Topic covers a political Issue, but more a social Problem. I live in an area where we have a lot of Veteran Military Personnel, And this situation leaves me Upset on two ends. A Buddy of mine was in a store with his 3 year old son. His son was walking with him, and was in an aisle of a grocery store. Out of excitement, buddy told me, His son took off towards his favorite breakfast cereal, where he is met and grabbed up aggressively by a man and is squeezed very tightly. Here is where the sad true story happens. My Buddy Runs over and has to pry his son from this mans hands. At which point the man starts to break down an cry. The man explains he is suffering from PTSD, and what just went through his mind was what happened to him in Iraq. He explains to my buddy that while performing routine patrols, a small boy ran up to a group of his fellow soldiers and was a suicide Bomber and killed three of his friends. He reacted because whenever he hears small children running it makes him paranoid, and he felt that if he didnt stop his son from running that someone else would get hurt. He did not harm my Buddy's kid, just scared the crap out of him. Here is the dilemma: 1. My buddy wants to report the man, as he is a threat to people. 2. He feels that it is not right to report a Vet. being he is not receiving the help he should for PTSD. 3. The Vet. told my buddy he was sorry, but being he was discharged for psychological reasons "unrelated" to military duty he will not recieve his benefits. 4. My buddy feels that if he does report him, the man might get the help he needs, but may get worse. The point of all this is, I have a strong belief that we cannot blame those who have served for the Damage they have received, but we have to be aware of it, and report it to someone so that these men and women can receive help. I have a 2 year old son and would be afraid of this situation happening to me, and what could have been the outcome. Suggestions, comments, insight- This is not intended offend those members in the unit who are Military. Maybe you have incite into who to report to about this man, besides the police as my friend does not want it to go that route.

Supposedly they did something to maintain heat and power that no one else has for laptops which is why it was in development for so long! I would not recommend a laptop with a latch on cooling system for gaming! I use that and even with the best cooling on the market mine still runs between 35 and 48c

If it has solid state drives and aluminum case it should run nice and cool

Though all of that still does not give Facebook the right to treat people accusatory or not, without asking the first question have you logged out of all your devices. Or have an auto log out like every other fucking company does for being idle more then 5 mins.

So it turns out the Iphone 5 Facebook App, Likes to sync your Contacts. This I thought was a great Idea, have friends numbers if i lose them all over again. What I just fund out is that when it synced up, Not only did it do the contacts I wanted, but everyone I know, Ok not so bad. However then the app basically spams everyone you know, then everyone they know with friend requests. Uh oh Facebook you fucker! I don't want everyone being my friend. So then I get this nasty Email Via Facebook, from the Facebook Headquarters- You have been trying to friend people who are: 1. Not you friend 2. Not close with 3. Have no mutual Friends Mr. ******* we are informing you that this is a form of harassment, and if you continue your account will be blocked from Facebook. I promptly replied, I did not friend or send out any friend request, at all. Your App, the Iphone 5 one seems to have done that for me, and I was just going to contact you that you need to fix this. Reply: We are aware of the problem, just be sure you do not friend people who do not know you. My Reply: I did not and your accusations to me are a form of harassment. Returned reply: We are sorry for any problems this may have caused you, please remove the APP from your phone, and if you re-apply it set contacts off, until we can find a fix. My Reply. Wait are you telling me what to do now, because you guys broke something and do not know how to handle public relations? Truthfully I am really annoyed, 1. Did not offer a solution 2. continue to accuse me of sending illegitimate friend requests 3. when I gave you example of what was happening, you simply told me to delete something when it is something I use daily. 4. Have still not handled anything for my situation. I actually found a help desk phone number and called them. I explained to that person what was said to me, what had happened to my phone, and the outcome. She said that she had never heard of anything like that, but anything was possible, she then canceled all pending friend requests and sent me that list of people who were on it. I had 3 out of 175 that I knew, the rest were all friends of friends. I Id'ed those three and sent the list back to her explaining that those were the only people I knew fro the list, she then said my account was opened from another device. Personally I like having portability for my gaming so I recommend MSI laptops I use a new toshiba while it does play very well it was more for the price for me there. PC desktop I would build your own being there you control everything and know what goes where, prefab Ibuypower PCs are not bad but you run into things like what happened to AlienWare (Dell) type parts

Yup, CT just enforced the Assault Weapon ban and High capacity magazine ban, didn't change the fact a pregnant woman was shot and killed in the north end of Hartford this past week. And seconded, the entire politics sub-forum should just be removed altogether as it does nothing more then give people a chance to beat dead horses ten times over and exude an exorbitant amount of ignorance through the stereotyping of people based on flawed govenments and over-hyped media, in turn creating uneeded conflict and tension in the unit. I find it worrisome that some of you people decide to judge another nation's population off of media, government and the occasional morons/nutjobs instead of using experience and actual communication between such people. I used to be the same way before deploying to Iraq, feeding off of media hype and second hand stories from others, and then I realized I had more in common with those people once I actually talked to them instead of morons in the western hemisphere. All just another side effect of that barrier called social media I guess. Amen to that
