  19. I agree with you as well. I don't think the guy is 100% right either. I have found my own things that work over the 18 years i have been working out.
  20. Oh and to be a smartass- I am drinking 16.9 oz of water right now Guess what company makes bottles that size
  21. What The guy was saying was that you don't need that much water 90oz is excessive, most people in training over due that entirely and drink approx. 191ozs which is entirely too much to hold. The best bet for anyone is the old piss test. If its light like yellow gatorade or almost clear you have enough water in you, if it gets to the orange unless you are taking vitamin B supplements you should drink some water. Water with every meal I get Parker and you are absolutely correct it helps flush the system of fats and excess lipids, but what i was stating is also fact too much water does not good, everyone is different, and everyone's body can handle different content, If you wanna dose yourself with water go ahead, It does not work for me but it might work for someone else. I have probably close to 80ozs of plain water a day, plus some sort of Fruit Juice- which probably if you think about it has water in it as well. Oh and my juice is from my own juicer, got one of those frank lelaine power juicers. But the truth is everyone can filter different amounts of any crap in their systems, and there is no one way to do anything. there is no universal statement above.
  22. Hey Long Beach I got a Shoe for YOU
  23. I have a professional personal trainer who has tried all of these programs. Be very careful with the as seen on tv stuff. while it may work to some degree, there are definately consequences to over working things intentionally. He broke it down for me: 1. P90x due to the types of workouts ligament tears and strains tend to be more common among people who are at normal daily activity activity, most of the issues stem from the elastic bands training. 2. Insanity the sole purpose is to wear you out to make you think you are doing something. If you are not already in shape, this program will not work. Also not everyone with a regular body type will see the same results. It breeds misconceptions to the general public that over working without rest is a good thing, once again muscle pulls, ligament tears and strains, also he risk of fatigue sickness, and or lose of normal blood flow to extremities due to lack of rest are common among people who do normal daily activity. These statements are from a guy who has helped me shed over 37 lbs since august I am not 215lbs and not fat. He also is a certified trainer, and nutritionist. Best way to get fit and stay fit is find a good diet, eliminating soda and crap that has tons of sodium in it. Also the whole 90ozs of water thing is crap as well, i mean unless you are in a desert at temps of 90 degrees daily and running every day you will never retain or need that much water. If you want any good suggestions on a good program please let me know, I am not shitting on any of those workouts just restating what i was told.
