I recommend saving up more money since you almost have enough to build a whole new rig. You can get a much better setup that'll make editing videos and playing much more smoother and faster. In the meantime I'll still look for what is the best upgrade I can find for your setup.

Just go into video settings for skyrim, and turn off both Anti Aliasing values. Let us know you're issue has been resolved or not.

+1, Might be a problem with your lerp/hitbox settings. Which explains why the bullets don't register. If that's the problem then we can help you fix that pretty easily.
