I've only checked out the 7850 OC. Same price of a 560ti but as fast as a 570. Presumed rest of series would be as good.

What price range are you looking for in a GPU? 7800s series are cheap, fast, and has new technology and are around 250$

Looks like your config needs to be fixed. Using other people's configs might not work perfectly for you.
