When I join the Corps., I want to tattoo my rank insignia on my upper right arm without color or borders and then when I retire, I'll get it colored in and the crossed rifles in-between my stripes and bars. My goal for rank is at least Gunnery Sergeant

Today, I played some Minecraft. Me and a close friend were remembering our friend who passed away a little over a month ago, and we started talking about what I would do once I got into the Corps (lol if I do), and we started talking about fallen soldiers. Just then I remembered how I have never once celebrated veteran's day because of those who have fallen before us; So I started to think of how I can make up for it. So, I started building. I started with the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Then, although this took a while, I started making a small cemetery behind the tomb for enlisted Marine Corps KIA. Not leaving Officers out, I closed off a small, semi-private area, planted trees, and made tombstones for Officers. Lastly, I couldn't forget about my friend, so I built one last tombstone: just for him. Name, Last/First, Branch, Rank. So that's what I did today.

I jumped the "bandwagon". not much of a wagon, since hardly anybody I know is ever aware of Band of Brothers. Still, I love Winters
