Their developers act like little children on their forums and during interviews/public events, and to add to what Cast had posted, they have also been ripping content off of other productions, such as "The Walking Dead" game to be used in their release. Truly the definition of what not to do when developing anything.

Have you tested the keyboard on another computer? Afterwards, check any keyboard setting in the control panel as well as any software related to the specific keyboard. If none of those turn up anything useful, I then suggest you take it to the manufacturer.
