I've noticed this bout Battlegrounds servers too. They'll say there's like 26 people in the server but if you connect then there's actually only like 6.

I use this tool to calculate required PSU wattage: http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/...tage-Calculator When I put all your hardware into the calculator I get a max required wattage of 483 watts. This is still lower than your 550 watt PSU, but not by much, so the issue may and may not be power related. However, I would like to do some research today before it is ruled out.

Are you using a stock or custom .cfg file? Or any autoexec.cfg files? If you use a custom config or an autoexec then copy/paste them in a quote box for me. Also please (in a seperate quote box) list your advanced video settings: MSAA level, Anisotropic Filtering Level, DirectX Level, etc...

The other team killing player in question was banned by orozco (permanent) but this one managed to d/c before he could be banned. Demo Provided?: Y/N No demo but Orozco was witness and banning admin of accomplice.
