Parker asked me the same question yesterday; I've never heard of it since I know next to nothing of Canada, and am also not in charge of distribution at all, but if it sells enough once pre-sales start (I BELIEVE 500+ gets extended North American release I was wrong, it is based on sales after release, so probably no Canada on the 13th ), I imagine it should be. Worst case, it'll be on Amazon/Alibris/Abebooks, that I know for sure. I'm going to bring it up today when I talk to them though, seems pretty big up there!
