  1. Scoreboard has been updated!

I've got a running tally I'm now keeping on my computer to make it easier to add up; I'll post it at the end of the competition so everyone can compare their own scores to what they may have.

If you happen to see an error, please message me and let me know so I can correct it!

There were a few of you who had posted dominations 3x (probably by accident), and few screenshots that didn't show any domination at all.

WIRTHS - your post on Watkins shows a revenge, not a domination.

ROYAL - your post on McGarr doesn't show a domination.

  2. Valve/Steam/GabeN have reportedly banned 1500+ accounts over the past 24 - 48 hours in what has become the largest VAC-ban wave in Steam history, primarily targeted at CS:GO cheats. This comes about 33 days after the last VAC ban wave for the same game, only this time it's about 20x more comprehensive. There is nothing "officially" reported yet, but from what others have been saying, it looks like at least 16 different cheats are now detected, encompassing upwards of 1500 Steam accounts (very early estimate, could be much higher). Supposedly, some of the makers of these cheats decided to help Valve get 'em...maybe someone who knows more about it can put in their two cents.

Here's some fun pictures of cheaters all upset over it. DELICIOUS TEARS, I DRINK THEIR MILKSHAKES

Talking about the Subtle cheats being detected (previously thought to be undetectable for a loong time)

Tears of this guy, mekelek Steam Profile, who just 8 days ago was boasting about how his cheats (as in, one's he designed/coded) were undetectable. He liked to blatantly use his cheats to help boost the rank of others for pay.

Here's some general VAC-porn, including screenshots of their inventory that, as you may or may not know, is now permanently locked and untradeable/useable. Some of these people "lost" up to $5000 worth of CS:GO crap.

Album of Asiimov, who got it mid-game, and what was in his inventory (steam profile is now private).

Polish player with about $500 worth of CS:GO stuff, now all rendered worthless.

WINNER of 2012 ASUS ROG Summer 2014, VACed 3 days ago

    Steam Profile

I love it. So far, I haven't seen any MRB VACed (YAY), but here's the server stats click of recently banned players who played in the pub, some of whom were playing just yesterday (That "The Aggressive Obama" guy I played with yesterday afternoon). These VAC bans aren't necessarily for DOD:S, but do show you if they have a ban on any other game. You can see the latest 3, all at Dec 24, 2014 2:00 pm, are most likely a result of CS:GO cheats and this ban wave.

  3. Damn. Sorry to hear Hill. Stay strong. I'm sure your family relies on you in times like this, but you can rely on us as well. I'm always here to vent if you need to buddy. You think there's any chance he'll change the wedding plans? Maybe even have a sort of early rehearsal ceremony for their benefit?

  4. Name:LITTLE CHEETAH

    Duration of Ban:Perm

    Reasons for the Ban:Aimbot

Demo Provided?: N but can if you want it

Comments: He was super obvious, took a 10 second demo if you want, but you can pretty much tell from his stats what he was doing (link). Candy and a couple other people witnessed, but you can see...100% HS. Either way, I'll upload it if needed!

  5. Updated the rules.

Just to expand on what Engle added on, in particular the rule about not being able to join specators at end of a round or a loss (when the enemy team can kill you freely). This actually resets the counter of kills towards domination, wipes them all. So if I have one more kill to get domination on you, and you join spec at end of the round to avoid being killed by the winning team, when you return I will have to get all of them again. Also, your own domination statistics will be reset too, so it's not just detrimental to your fellow unit members, it is to you as well.

So do everyone a favor, don't run and hide in spectate after a loss in a round. Let's keep this competition professional and friendly and fair.
