Brief Description of Issue: Hello, my mouse was starting to get worn out so i bought a new one before it completely stopped working. I ordered the steelseries sensei. It lights up i can open the manage and change the colors and settings, but it doesnt move. When i first plugged it in i accidentally unplugged it. So i figured something must have went wrong when that happened so I uninstalled everything and restarted my computer and reinstalled my stuff and it still doesnt move. No idea why..
