Because you're killing easy to kill people and dying to easy to kill people. If I'm ranked #1 in the server and I die to number 30,452 I'm going to lose way more poiints than if I had killed him. It's how most stat systems work. Also, anybody can live for a long time, you just camp in the back.

So I get home, and my cat Sir Meowsalot is laying on top of a box of miniatures. I'm thinking "Oh fuck, he just knocked down the ones I just assembled today" Well it turns out it was a box of unassembled minis. No idea why he wants to sleep on pokey plastic when he could sleep on my bed.

ya his score was -11 when i joined up he informed me it was so because of a number of guys were not speaking english, i tried to tell the guys the rules they ignored, i went on to vent talked to some sgt's but by the time more and apporiately ranked mrb/bar members joined supra and all but 1 maybe 2 of the offenders were gone
