What did I just watch

Name: EM|StoNeD CatGoose!!! Steam I.D: STEAM_0:0:85251023 Reasons for the Ban: He has been banned 4 times already and Heresy just banned him for 1 week so now it's 5 - source bans. It started out with him spraying (in my opinion) a bad spray with the twin towers in New York where it said "911 - was an inside job". I warned him but he failed to listen. After some time Heresy sent him a message and then he got it. He then started to spam this voice command "(Voice) EM|StoNeD CatGoose!!!: #Voice_subtitle_tankahead*". Before posting this ban request I spoke to Heresy in ventrilo about all this and what happened. Recommended duration of ban: Permanent. Demo Provided?: No, but Heresy and Konig was present.

Name: Negus™ Steam I.D: STEAM_0:1:42447377 Reasons for the Ban: According to our source bans he has been banned 4 times already and this is going to be his 5th offence. Today he was teamkilling and teamwounding and threw a nade at me in spawn and laughed about it. Because of all the chances he has been given is the reason why I recommend a permanent ban. Recommended duration of ban: Permanent. Demo Provided?: No.

Giovannoli joined the server after a while and silenced him and Heinrich left the server. Here is his GameMe chat log, showing everything - GameMe chat log. Recommended duration of ban: 2 days. Demo Provided?: No, but Giovannoli was present to the last part of all this.

Recommended duration of ban: Since I can't acces our source ban website to see if he has been banned before (I think the website is down), i'm going to let the banning admin decide.
