I should of posted to say , has been resolved. Was a issue with the water cooling not working.

Have attempted testing with a clean boot and didnt notice any change , also tested anti virus still no difference.

Update : have attempted the Majors fix , has made minor difference but the issue persists

So I upgraded about 8 months ago to a new processor and graphics card , since i've done that then I keep getting constant frames drop (drops to about 2 frames for 5 seconds) , this happens in every game I play no matter the age of the game or requirements, to try and resolve it i've had it cleaned and new thermal paste applied so i'm really at a lose as to the issue also it seems to be getting worse. Specs -RX480 graphics card -Intel I5 CPU -16g ram -Windows 10 -Up to date driver version -Water and air cooling

Yankovskis response was more to Chantz comment i'd presume. Also we really do need people to point out the constant offenders so we can ban them , if you have names then let me know

I have noticed this , been muting alot of people lately. Honestly there are repeat offenders who've been muted a few time so we need to move and start banning said for a day which may put a stop to it. P.S if you notice someone harrasing or being racist in another language bring it up to me or whatever admins on since i don't speak either of those languages.
