Indeed they are. They should be hunted down and exterminated. If they kill one GI or a family member, I am going into hunter killer mode. We do have to hunt them down but western countries need to stop losing track of the people that go and join them. Also, removed the propaganda they post on the internet (Facebook, Twitter). Charge the people that buy the illegal oil that they pull out.
