Being that he was banned for a week for team killing exactly one week before he came back and got banned again for the same stuff, I am inclined to agree with your assessment. However, this is a pretty new account and his kill to death ratio suggests more frustration than anything. I reduced it to one month, hopefully he can work out his anger issues and see that server rules must be followed.

I changed the ban to a week. He has been a regular player for several years ,that does not change what he has done, but gives him one last chance to shape up.
