After I got the error about a week ago I logged out of steam I tried verifying files and it didnt work. I logged out of steam and logged back in and it didnt work. I then uninstalled, logged outa steam, logged back in and re-installed and it worked last week. I tried the same procedure tonight and it didnt work. I use Windows Defender but I am not sure its even turned on.
