Ok I thought it would be fun to make a topic about epic game failures. I know I have many so I'll start with this: At the end of the Pacific Standard Job in GTA V you do a jump with motorcycles leading into a parachute drop to a boat. It is hard enough to get to that point, especially when you accidentally kill a hostage at the bank (another failure) and have twice the cops. So I was doing the heist with other members of the 1st MRB and Bar, namely Doc Evo and 1stLt. Swartz. we come up on the very last jump with the parachute and two of the guys jump and deploy the parachute then its just me and Swartz left. All the time he is telling me how to do it and he makes his jump and deploys the chute. I was right on his tail and made the jump but before I can deploy the chute it says we failed the mission. My motorcycle had hit Swartz and killed him on the last friggin jump. We had to replay the entire 5 minute chase scene and it took us 3 more times to get back to the jump, at which we made sure we kept our spacing and passed the job. These are not my pics, btw ]

This game sounds fun, I have heard some voice chat on Vent, it reminds me of a game I bought but never played much, Life is Feudal. Maybe I will try it out, does anyone need anyone to do manual labor?

This appears to be more of a Steam issue than OBS. I have used OBS and have never got an error like that. I can help you configure your OBS in vent if you jump on some time. As far as possible solutions veryfying your cache for DoD:s and making sure the Steam cloud is enabled in the Properties menu would be a good start. Any other technicians want to take a crack at helping Reyes here?

Keep working on those skills Reyes, practice makes perfect. Video capturing yourself and seeing your mistakes is a good way to catch what you need to do to get better!

I moved your topic to the Slope Chute because the server thread is used primarily for issues with the server. Nice video by the way, a little long, but a lot of fun. Showed how well 2ndLt. Stone can use a knife and Sgt. Thompson could not stay out of my fire heh. You are improving in many ways, a few things that may help you are paying attention to basics. Remember what you learned in BCT: -Do not prone, EVER...well, in VERY rare occasions. You lose all your mobility and you are literally a sitting duck. -Always keep moving, but do not use your sprint until necessary, say when you nade a room and rush in to take advantage of shock and awe. -Keep the positive attitude you have when you get killed, raging (I am bad at this myself) never helps your score, you lose concentration. -Practice your quick peeking, you do a pretty decent job on it but it can always be improved. -When shooting with the rifle always come to a complete stop. You use the same crosshair I use, the dynamic one with the top cut off (good choice) You are the most accurate with the rifle when the crosshairs are closest to the center dot (when it comes to rest) Try to move quickly and strafe while shooting, all the time taking very quick complete stops when you shoot. It is hard at first(I still don't have it perfectly) but will get easier as you go and make you harder to hit. -HAVE FUN Good improvements Reyes, I will see you on the Battlefield!
