I use a 24 key MIDI keyboard that can jump octaves. I have done everything on that keyboard with Garage Band.

Thanks Ripley and Bradley. Every little bit helps my confidence.

I know there is a thread about facts about Unit members somewhere, I think I filled it out, but I thought I would maybe start one about little known facts about myself. I have been in the Unit for six months now and many of you have become really good friends to game with and talk with, so I thought I would share a little more about myself, and if anyone wants to add something about themselves below then the more the merrier. Many of you know of my great love of graphic design from the sprays, signatures and other things I do in the QM department, but my first love was music, in particular music composition. I got a dual degree in Music Education and Music Composition about 20 years ago and after a short stint (2 years as a teacher) I gave up on it and didn't give it another thought. I was devastated about leaving teaching after five years of schooling and just buried myself in working in retail for about ten years and left my music behind. However, when the company that I had been at for ten years closed (it was CompUSA btw) I decided to go back to school and get the quickest degree in graphic design (An Associates, two years) that I could. After I got out of school I could not find work in the industry, and by chance the school that I taught at asked me to come back as a teacher (because of my Music Ed degree) so, I didn't look a gift horse in the mouth and went back as a teacher. After almost three years however, the school decided to do away with my program so I was on the job hunt again (most of you have seen my posts in the morale office about this..) Anyway (bored yet?) somewhere along the line I got back into composing music this year, and have since created several works and posted them on SoundCloud. com. I have let a select few of you listen to them, but I am extending an open hand to anyone that wants to listen to my compositions and give comments, criticisms, Likes, hates, whatever you want to them. To "like" or "comment" on my stuff you need to have a basic sound cloud account (its free and painless) I am hitting the end of the year and next year I am thinking about approaching publishers about some of it, so it would be a great help if anyone in the unit could point toward what is "cool" to them. Thanks, Candy P.s. The link I am posting is for the "Sets" or "playlists" as they call them. You can also search for J. Candy and find me. I am sending the sets link because it organizes he music better and lets you pick and choose what you want. I have 150 compositions, so take your time if you are interested ) and Thanks! https://soundcloud.com/j-candy-2/sets

This game may be 14 years old, but it still rocks! They had a graphics update...It was a game that spawned much of what modern games are today! Its cheap on Steam too...give it a try!
