Parker might have an idea. The way I did it with my Deathadder was to create a macro to a specific key, I chose Right Alt then to go into vent and assign Right Alt as my speech key.

Personally, I believe that a high KDR is useless if not used well. As Dillon pointed out in his dissertation, it doesn't really matter if the high KDR is a result of camping or controlling a particularly useless piece of territory. Would you rather have a teammate that sits outside the fields on Donner and picks people off as they come out or a teammate that will enter the fields and recapture it even if it means only attaining one kill before they are eliminated?
