i honestly haven't been around long enough to know what the situation behind your ban was. However... after reading this I can see things that make me hesitant to unban you. First off, you wrote at the end of your unban request, "I've progressed as a calmer player". Then in the sentence before that you wrote, "some admin took offence to a joke i made about him and then made up bullshit to justify his reason". And after looking into the history of your name on Sourcebans I've also noticed that you were circumventing a permanent ban that was already in place. Regardless the reason of the admin who banned you, you were permanently banned and then went around that ban. That is enough reason to keep the ban in place. And in conclusion, you don't seem to have any remorse for what you have said in the past, or in your unban request. Overall, this unban request is denied.

This alone is enough to make me want to walk on the other side of the street if I saw you. But glad to hear you're getting into that, I personally have been trying to keep myself in shape and like to go to the gym twice a week if I can. Granted I may not have the capability to crush a human skull with my bare hands any time soon, but it'll be enough to make me feel good.

Considering your attitude on your post, and the attitude you were giving admins in the server. I don't think you quite understand why you were banned. When we are dealing with a situation (and trust me, we were looking into it) and have someone belligerently talking into their mic for us to handle it, is disrespectful. We were in the middle of trying to take care of it, but when you were asked to relax you immediately jump down our throats saying that it needs to be taken care of immediately. Considering it didn't seem like you were going to stop, you were kicked. Upon return again you start arguing with us over the microphone and became even more irate. Subsequently you were banned for your complete lack of respect and for your attitude on the server. And this isn't your first ban either, you were banned for 2 other instances of disrespecting players/admins. In conclusion, your unban request is denied. If anyone wants to override this decision feel free to.

Name: Beaker/Lisa Needs Braces Steam I.D: STEAM_0:1:194755924 & STEAM_0:0:187068206 Duration of Ban: Permanent Reasons for the Ban: Mic Spamming Demo Provided?: No Comments: Beaker came on the server, was asked not to spam music over the mic, continued, was muted. Upon map change did it again and left immediately after. Banned for 1 day, checked his bans and had 4 on record. Upgraded it to permanent. After about 10 minutes came on under a different account: Lisa Needs Braces and proceeded to spam again. Banned permanently for circumventing a permanent ban. (2nd account Lisa Needs Braces also had 2 bans on it, which goes to show he would use that account as a proxy to get around other bans.)

Banned for 3 days.

Name: Aligator Steam I.D: STEAM_0:0:19877496 Duration of Ban: Permanent Reasons for the Ban: Blatant disrespect of players and admins. Demo Provided?: No Comments: This is his 4th ban now for disrespecting admins/players. He has a real problem with constantly calling people cheaters and will call people "gay/ghay" numerous times. Name: tYYK Steam I.D: STEAM_0:0:58496201 Duration of Ban: Permanent Reasons for the Ban: Multi-hack: Walling Demo Provided?: Demo 1 Demo 2 Demo 3 Comments: Noticed him while playing on the server. I noticed him when he was capable of spinning around in circles and was getting kills. I then went to spectate him and afterwards it appeared that as he was using the sniper, he was capable of seeing people through the walls. After watching him shoot numerous people without having any visual on them it appeared very obvious that he was using a wall hack. If you watch this with mat_wireframe 1, it is very obvious that he can see people before they get around corners. And in the second demo where he shoots "Mularkey" through two walls and then walks up to him and shoots him in the head.

As far as this ban is concerned, I will trust your judgement on this O'Hare and will upgrade this ban to a permanent one considering it is a hacking offense. HOWEVER... I will expect you to find out who was the one who took this "demo", because without it, if he requests to be unbanned I cannot guarantee that he will stay banned considering there is no actual footage of this. So make sure that you find out who took it and where the video is. Thread locked.

Thank you for posting on our forums. I am afraid that the ban will stay for now. When it comes to team killing, yes there are times where people will mow down the entire team for some reason or another. But, if you revenge team kill, even to try and stop him you are just as guilty as he is. This is why we have admins on our server and if there is none present it needs to be brought to our attention via the forums in the form of a Ban Request. Your ban will expire 6/10/17 at 05:19.
