As far as the incident with Helm goes, yes, he was out of line. Yes, he should not have acted in a manner that was disrespectful. However... You were the original instigator to this entire situation by disrespecting the players on your team, and I personally have witnessed you doing this before while playing with you. Helm was given punishment for this situation and you are just as guilty for acting disrespectful towards other players on our public server. While he may be annoying when he is on. That is why we have the mute option available to us. If he keeps it up, you ban him, like you did. This however is his first and only ban. I will increase it to a 3 day ban for now. If he continues this behavior though, the following bans will become longer.
