After looking at his statistics. He has 77 kills, of which, 70 are team kills... So he's been banned for two weeks. If he comes back and does it again, then he will be banned for longer.

Now this is just my general input here. I have spectated them before, as well as watched his stream from time to time while he is playing. I personally do not think he is using an aimbot, and in the video you had listed, I saw him miss at least 1/2 of his shots that he made. If he was using an aimbot it would kill via a headshot with every shot. However... I have been suspicious of his friend, m00nscope, and in the past he has been a general disturbance. I will leave this up to an officers' discretion. Locked until an officer gives their verdict.

Well, considering the possibility that he is new, I don't think it's necessary to ban them for a week "on the chance he actually didn't understand the game". If he really is new, and possibly didn't understand what he was doing, hopefully a 2 day ban will suffice.

Comments: While on Donner, witnessed him pre-line up two double kills through a wall, and then witnessed him pre-scope a corner looking at tank house. Killed one in the window and watched him kill a person who wasn't even in sight after that. MSgt. Konig witnessed this as well.

Watched him attempt to shoot multiple team mates. Banned for a day.
