Player was banned for one hour by MSgt. Duncan. However I am going to re-ban him for a week due to this general attitude. If an officer would like to increase this they are more than welcome to, but for now I will set it at one week.

I've upgraded the ban to a week. I originally was going to leave the ban, however after being informed of the post that on Gougeon's private profile, I've upgraded it. Just because you don't understand our language, it does not give you the right to continue to do something if an admin has told you not to. After being banned as well, it does not give you the right to become inflammatory and start posting negative things about the admin that banned you. After reviewing his chat logs, seeing this, and doing some digging. I've banned him permanently. He's not welcome if he disrespects players after being warned, whether "it's a joke" or not.
