You're really drawing in circles aren't you? Complaining that Diablo III doesn't have the real money marketplace, yet you don't have money to spend. Why is that a feature we care about then? Why is any game that you think "worth the money" only just so since it has multiplayer? I'm far from a "Diablo fanboy" but you seem to have an inherent hatred of singleplayer games that is misplaced and plain silly.

Please don't compare yourself to a professional reviewer, you're far from it. And I would gladly pay another $60 for a game like Skyrim. That game is fun as hell. I'll probably go on another Skyrim binge down the road. Maybe not right away, but down the road. If the only thing you're concerned about is replay value, you're far too narrow minded for a good review of a game. We don't reply to the "facts" because they don't necessarily matter. We knew all of these things, yet we bought the game. Does anyone regret it? Nope. Why are your facts relevant then? I have purchased many games I did not enjoy. (Killing Floor being one) but I do not dwell on it. Obviously your warnings are falling on people who do not care about your opinion.

You haven't given out one "fact" that's not completely subjective. Some people like the dungeon crawl games. "The Activision pattern" is not a bad thing. It works. If they weren't putting out enjoyable games that people actually like to play, they wouldn't be making the most money out of any game company. If you don't like their games, then don't pay for them yourself. I don't pay for Call of Duty games since the 1st Modern Warfare, because I don't like them very much. Do I think CoD is worth $60? Nope. Am I going to call the game their enjoying trash, and draw offensive analogies because I don't like the game? No. Anyone who plays Diablo III can know what they're getting into well before hand. Is it pretty much the same basic concept as Diablo II? Yes. Yes it is. But what's wrong with that? Absolutely fucking nothing. And there's nothing wrong with people dishing out $60 for another CoD game. Because they have fun, they enjoy it. And no, people don't need to admit the game they enjoy sucks. You haven't been giving facts, you're giving out a mess. It's their money, why the hell do you care?

You can't insult every fiber of a game other people enjoy and expect not to get called out. You can't just say "my 2cents" and expect people to turn around and not think of it. It's a fact that you don't enjoy Diablo, but it's also a fact you don't understand Diablo. Every game can be simplified down and made to sound horrible, but Diablo games are not that. If you're going to troll this hardcore, find somewhere else to troll. Being offensive because other people like a game is not the way to act.

How can you equate those two beliefs? How are they essentially equal? Are you equating a minor to a grown adult? Then you'd be disagreeing with the precedent set by Roper v. Simmons. And they agreed with your overall opinion in this case. And for what reason? The whole point of Simmons was that the Supreme Court found the mental cognition of a 17-year-old to be insufficient to that of an adult. If he had the capacity to understand this, then Kentucky would've been correct in putting him on Death Row. Further, I can't honestly take your opinion seriously if you continue to misspell deterrent. You did not say either a murder was premeditated or it wasn't. You stated it's either premeditated or spontaneous. You want to go with obvious and "unchallengable" for dramatic effect that's all fine and dandy, but you don't take this out of context. My point is you're lumping every version of second-degree murder together as "spontaneous". It doesn't work that way. Every version of murder that is not premeditated is spontaneous? Completely and utterly spontaneous? If this was true the "Heat of passion" defense would be a viable defense on every case.

That's just silly. You've lumped murderers into two subjective groups that you've set up on your own. Further, if the death penalty doesn't pay any heed to people, why would they even appeal on Death Row? You make it sound like they're not afraid of the death penalty. I would disagree completely that a premeditated murderer doesn't take into account the death penalty. For example, in the case of Roper v. Simmons 543 U.S. 551 (2005), The appellant, Simmons, actually said they'd probably get caught, in fact he told his friends they didn't have to be afraid of the death penalty, because they're only minors so they can get away with anything. So they broke into the house of a woman, bound her hands, put cloth over her eyes, and threw her off of a bridge. While this may attest more to the system as a whole, I can't help but wonder which of the two categories you've so helpfully outlined includes this kind fellow and the others like him? You're oversimplifying the death penalty and confounding your own argument. You might not agree with the death penalty, but stick to objective realizations, and not subjective spawn that just clouds the air. If you don't think the death penalty bothers the cold-hearted criminal, you're in for a rude awakening.

They only banned you for an hour, so you're already unbanned. We don't have a restock mod in our server so there is no reason to hit that command or any other command with spammilicious intent. Don't get banned again.

I only put this on because I didn't realize it, a couple of people who have already hit 60 didn't realize it, and I don't know of anyone else who did. Step one: Hit Escape > Options > Gameplay > Interface on the bottom is the option for Elective Mode Step two: Check the box next to Elective Mode. Apply and Accept. Step Three: Congratulations! You are now unrestricted in the abilities that you place in your toolbar. You may have multiple abilities from the same tree in your toolbar! Step Four: Place your desired abilities in the toolbar, remember you can now place any ability in the toolbar you want! For Example, as a Monk (because everybody has a monk) you could have your Blinding Flash and Breath of Heaven both tasked on at the same time. What's that? They're both part of the Defensive tree? Who cares? YOU'RE IN ELECTIVE MODE! Before I post an actual reply, I need to know more information. First, was this photoshopped? I ask because I have seen quite a few pixels in my time and this has some miscreants. Second, was there anyone who actually witnessed this and can affirm it was me? Third, Do you have a timestamp so I can exclude the possibility of nephew, brother or inebriation interference? Fourth, do you have a screenshot of the current "Status" of the server, so I can affirm this is not an impostor through mine own Steam ID? Fifth, do I need to remind you of the file I have on my computer labeled "Maines Knife" which currently holds roughly 42 knifing incidents screenshot, and numerous recordings of your pitiful squeals of frustration? Sixth, do you like tacos? Seventh, how well are you acquainted with the back of my hand? Eighth, do you seriously play at 1024x576? And I thought my computer was shit. And finally, Ninth, What people from history do the kings represent in a standard deck of cards?

After talking with the banning admin, I'm going to lessen the ban to 3 days. Keep in mind if you play in any more open realisms on our server and create an issue again, I will not unban you.

I would wager this isn't about not wanting to play on the servers, but rather how you yourself handled this situation. Noobles said one word, "fail" And you attribute this to him "starting it." I would disagree pretty much completely. If you call it "that talk shit to me in game like that" Then I don't understand how anyone can say anything to you. He said one word, and you responded quickly and rather aggressively with your comments saying he sucks, and basically challenging him to a 1v1. If you can't take one word said from someone --an extremely unoffensive word-- then where do you draw the line? Everyone fails in a game, yet you attacked him right away. This over sensitive nature isn't a defense. I don't deny that he extended the disagreement, but I also don't understand your point of view that he started it. Combine that with your "Nice Admin" comment, and the ban is justified, not favoritism. Oh, I'll unban you, but don't draw such aggression in the public server. It's not beneficial.

The incorrect use of "to" makes that sound way kinkier than it should be.
