He is not hacking, a 56 second demo will not change my mind. He should not have been banned and this ban is lifted. Never ban someone for "hacking" unless you are beyond a reasonable doubt, and I mean 99.99% sure, that person is hacking. It is specified in the Hackers topic that we need a lengthy demo unless it is blatantly obvious. As for what blatant means, I'm sure you'll know when you see it.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but the video shows very little evidence of walling. The only real evidence I saw for wallhacking was his last kill on Dark Ham. But, if you play against Dark Ham you kind of expect him to use those hiding places for his fervent attempts at knifing. Anyways, shaking your gun after firing is not evidence of wallhacking, if anything it is evidence of aimbot. A hack that allows sight through walls does not exert any difference on how the player shoots. As for him aimbotting, I think it's pretty obvious that he is not. If it is so obvious as you seem to think, perhaps you can enlighten me. However, it is good that you brought this to our attention, since it has brought up that Dau has a VAC ban on his Steam account. That was overlooked when his enlistment was accepted, so now we have remedied that. Also, tell "Mr. Xbox" that playing on Litzau's account is not a good way to get around the bans on him, it's just a way to get that account banned as well.

I'm not sure if there is a time where I haven't been in awe and held so much fear towards Zahl. His power and prowess in the League of Legends arena is unmatched, and I cannot hope to defeat him. If you want to play with this minuscule iota in the presence of Zahl, add Chrome Badger. I also offer tips if you're having trouble learning the game. At a nominal fee of course

Nothing out of the ordinary, no evidence that suggests illegitimate play. If you have a concern about a certain area of the demo, or another demo bring it to my attention. Otherwise, no hacks.

After reviewing both demos presented, there will be no action taken on Pfc. Warren. The demos show no evidence of illegitimate play, and there is plenty of reasonable doubt to show he is just playing normally. If there is a specific point in the demos you have an issue with please bring it to my attention, otherwise I feel as though there is absolutely no reason to take action against this player. I appreciate you being attentive to the possibility of a hacker, but he is not hacking.

Also, I wonder if you can explain at about 2:25 on magoo's post (biwinning.dem) around about tick 9500. You shoot at a guy who is not only behind a box, but behind an entire building.

After reviewing the demos a second time, I have to wonder, did you actually watch them? There are numerous times you follow people through the walls. And I'm not making that up. If you need help to see it, while reviewing your demo, go into console, enable sv_cheats then enable mat_wireframe. I've been playing the game as long as there has been a game to play, and I would never, even for the brief mg period on avalanche, have followed people through the walls as you did. I didn't take notes of the times I would have you explain specifically, but your defense is very lacking. Time played means nothing for hacking, people who have played the game forever sometimes get bored and hack to spice it up. I also don't take into account any UWFL matches, mostly because I don't care about the UWFL or any of its affiliations. All I've got right now are two demos that show me a waller, and not good reason to think otherwise.

I truly hope by "Utube" you're not uploading it to Youtube, and you're uploading it some file sharing site as we've told everyone who suspects a hacker to do. If you post a link to a youtube video, I'm not going to be a happy camper. Any hacker demos you submit to us the .dem file.

I'm quite disturbed by the lateness of this video since it was made about 5 years ago, and has been posted considerably about the interwebs. But to be truthful, I'm more disturbed by the wrong form of "their" in the topic title.

If you want to talk to Englebretson directly, I would advise adding him over Steam or messaging him on the forums. Either of those ways would probably be the best way of contacting him.

From what I have gathered, on the day in question you were caught with a no-recoil hack. I was not in the server at the time, so if you wish to further address it you should talk directly to Capt. Englebretson. No form of hacking is tolerated on the 1st MRB servers, and unless I hear otherwise the ban will stay in effect.
