to be fair, If i recall correctly Ripley's from the UK where they have much heavier gun laws, So this is something you'd never see in most places overseas like that, Americas unique in the aspect that you can go out and buy a gun for a your child like this, But for someone overseas this might be seen as "Oh my god why would you do that" Because laws differ, Cultures differ and opinions will also always differ, Growing up in Alabama I'm used to seeing kids at the Gun Range with their fathers / mothers etc, It's just something normal in most states now days, I mean yes. If a child isn't properly taught firearm safety it can be dangerous. But the pretext of this video is to say " Is it write or wrong for a father to buy his child a gun" The answer differs based on the result in my mind, If you buy the weapon but teach him nothing, Then no, you shouldn't buy him the firearm if you can't put forth the effort to teach them the proper safety with which to handle it. But most parents take the time to not only Tech their children gun-safety now days, So in the long run i agree with Turner, and i know people in my life who would agree with Ripley, It's generally based on where they were raised or just personal views on firearms, if i recall correctly Countries like The UK, Japan etc have insanely heavy gun Laws,I Believe about six years ago the amount of gun license in japan were like 5-10 nation wide, And those were mostly given to government officials, In the UK Most of the firearms you see are used by soldiers, or officers guarding posts that require it, Their normal run of the mill officers on the street don't even carry loaded weapons if i recall Though i could be entirely wrong on that. Edit: Also.. Being taught proper gun-safety as a child doesn't really equate to the military in my eyes since they give you a more informed class on it if i recall correctly. But some of the active/former military members in the unit might know more on that, I just see it as being able to show your child that while guns are dangerous with the proper knowledge anyone can wield one safely without worry of harming themselves or another person.

From what i've gathered in talking to him, The Tracert showed the highest he goes is a 57, And his CPU isn't the issue in reguards to useage, So i suggested he could possibly try unplugging his router for a few minutes and giving it time to reset itself and seeing if that helps,

Have you tried running a Tracert to see if it might help find out where your packet loss might be coming from?

Name: Redbull Steam I.D: STEAM_0:0:144201491 Reasons for the Ban: though he is currently banned for a week, I wanted to post this Since he was warned and kicked for TKing, However after kicking him he returned, And began tking because he did not like that people were talking into the server, So he began spamming his mic with "Is this a tk? oh is that what tking is? sorry so sorry" he showed a blatent disreguard for our rules and obviously has no intrest in being in our server, I do however realize that this is his first ban, But these kind of people have been ruining the experience of the pub recently. In terms of the pub, Generally the only dead periods where no admin is present is around the 3-4 AM Est - 6-9 AM EST mark weekround, This is generally around the time the servers population is 0-10 people, However that's still no excuse, but with that said i rarely enter the server without seeing atleast one admin, Or a few NCO's with access to numerous MRB & Bar Admins, While yes being the only one can sometimes be annoying, It's no reason to get upset. We're given this power in order to keep the pub a cleaner, and much more friendly environment from what would happen if simply nobody said anything. I myself spend about 5 or more hours a week rotating in the pub either early morning or late at night when most admins are asleep, It's generally a matter of joining when alot of admins are away, Asleep, busy, Or just in other games. It's not a matter of inactive admins or requirments for more. As for warning, That's never been an issue in the pub, Hell i've even taken note of a few pubbers enforcing our rules when an admin may be afk or late on the call to do so themselves, There's rarely ever a lack of people to pass out warnings, As turner said. alot of the enlisted and NCO's have really been doing a damn good job of policing the pub in the admins stead, if you're ever feeling overburdened in the pub and you see me on, Or you don't see any admins in there Feel free to message me, I have no issues policing the public server until other admins show up, this goes for anyone Enlisted and higher, If theres an issue, Don't be afraid to message us even if we're in a game already, We're here for a reason.
