Seeing a Veteran still pull shots off like this and do better then the currently trained soldiers tells me that the training back then was more intense then what it is now, but of course back then a war was on and people were more focused on wanting to kill i think. In our time its more about making sure the defense is there more then anything. A good defense can make a GREAT offense. I wish I could meet that guy and shake his hand and thank him for his service in protecting our freedom and the constitution.

The first pic was me at this past christmas after i worked roughly 70+ hours for a week and a few days give or take. hard to remember it cause i was so exhausted after it all. wokred 12 hours a day for over a 3 weeks straight. I am 35 yrs old in this pic. i have other pics of when i was 21, 27, 31 and 33. can't seem to find the pics of me in high school so i will have to rescan those and have them posted some time later.

I know for most guys they don't know how to cook or just not that good at it. although most don't know this, the Majority of the worlds chefs are men. I have worked with quite a few people of both men AND women who didn't know this, but to be a Chef it takes A LOT of hard work and dedication to the craft. I have learned a great deal of tips and such from my time and service of working at VaTech as a cook there. so if anyone needs some tips for seasoning, herbs to use and such let me know with either a private message or post on here for all to see if they wish to learn something new about cooking. =) until then happy baking, grilling, or searing those prime meat cuts. =D
