all you senior NCO's have a lot to teach us newer people. Why it hurts to see one of them retire or resign. Valuable experience and knowledge being lost. Be advised, I also include W.O.'s and officers in this. A vast amount of knowledge there. We need to learn from them. So much to learn and not enough time though. So we learn what we can and go from there.

Do what you can when you can. Not asking for anything more. Would be nice to learn from the masters though, and there are quite a few of you masters still here.

after a lengthy talk with MSgt. Willow, we have determined that one of her crossfire graphics cards is running very hot. After removing the card and doing a lot of other checks, the black screen and restart have stopped for now. She gets a little pixalation at times, but it quickly returns to normal. her refresh rate for monitor and graphics card are identical. She will eventually need a new graphics card, which will be difficult to find new. She has a PCI Express 2 slot and cards now are PCI Express 3. We are looking for a new card that is compatible. One good thing is her lag has decreased quite a bit. Close Ticket.

I was eating breakfast with my 8 year old grandson, and I asked him, "What day is tomorrow". Without skipping a beat he said "its presidents Day". He is smart so I asked him "What does Presidents Day mean"? I was waiting for something mentioning Clinton, Bush or Obama. He replied "Its when the President steps out of the White House, and if he sees his shadow we have another year of bullshit". You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out your nose.

I would suggest replacing the graphics card then. I would go with a single card though instead of a dual card system for now, but would get one that is crossfire capable so if you want to add another later you can. Will do a little checking to see what is available out there and see if I can find a good one that won't cost a lot.

as people buy and play new games, I hope they do NOT forget DoD's. Its one reason I don't play a lot of other games. I may not be on the server a lot, but that keeps me from suffering burnout. The main reason I play DoD's is for the realism's. I love them.

congratz on Graduating High School. Now you have college to look forward to..... The greatest day of my life was when my kids were born. My daughters birth was very special, I got to see her being born. That was a wonderful experience. You have many great days ahead of you. remember them all.
