    Demo Provided?: Y, but seeing as how demos crash DODS after viewing for a minute, I fail to see how demos can help. Also not speccing the player also does not help, especially when requested by players in game to do so via player-to-admin chat.

    To address Griswolds comment: "We simply do not ban based upon the numbers that some people manage to be able to do. If that were the case, a lot more people would already be banned." I will reference you to another ban request I made on another cheater I caught on your server http://www.1stmarineraiders.com/index.php?showtopic=32763

    Again, I had demos but unless its only my DODS that is broken, demos are useless at the moment. I used stats to prove that that player Bud was cheating and I went out of my way to collect stats and evidence against this player Catamite for the MP office to review. So unless you're overriding Kirkendall's decision on banning Bud, you are contradicting precedents.

    Lets look at some of the facts :

    1. Brand new steam account

    3. Banned from other servers for cheating ( http://sixth.site.nfoservers.com/SourceBan...6261&Submit )

    My main point in this new request is that yes, Griswold, you have banned before strictly from a numbers perspective, and while I agree it's not the only way or the best way to approach cheating accusations for most players, when demos aren't working and it is this obvious, it should be a no brainer.

    For even more proof, after the end of the round, he kills three enemies with headshots from the axis mp40, all in the span of 1 second

    I guarantee you, 100% without a doubt, he is cheating and has upgraded to aim assistance + walls.

    Demo Provided?: N I took a couple demos across several days but I believe the demos are still broken. If admins spec him without tipping him off, then they can see him scanning thru walls and anticipating when enemies approach him, melee'ing people hiding in corners without having indications that they are there (esp. on palermo) and only nading when enemies are around. Having that kind of game sense should accompany having good movement and good crosshair placement, and so far i've only seen bad knowledge of manipulating the model and even sketchier crosshair placement.

    Nothing in the stats suggest he is using aim assist, but some days when he is using the kar he can go upwards of 90% with more than 10 kills, against my league friends and I. I have had a TCN admin spec him and confirm that he is walling, but beyond our word, we have no actual proof.

    Another proof I have however are his stats

    These weapon stats and session stats are all abnormally high, even for a skilled player.

    For comparison, here are the top 20 players in your server's hlstats

    No one even comes close to the headshot percentage that he has, even I only have a headshot percentage of 23.

    If my demo is glitched and if the stats don't speak for themselves, as long as admins can stay slick and not tip him off as to speccing him, you can catch him any time he joins up.
