Both are not designed for anything more than 50yrds and both use pistol rounds. I'd have to give the edge to the Thompson only b/c it had a larger round that did more damage and was in the U.S. arsenal up until the Vietnam War.

The Patriots lack a secondary and have a iffy front line. The Giants and Niners both have questionable QBs not to mention very little playoff experience. The biggest thing that is hurting the Ravens is the fact that Flacco is their QB and they are to reliant on the ability of Rice moving the ball.
