    Reason we should Unban: From what I can find, player was banned once in 2012 for excessive teamkilling, it looking at gameME/sourcebans. Member received permanent on 1st ban. I have played with Donnie over last few years and while at the 6th. I think the ban should be lifted.

    2. During this time you must play in the server for 15 hours.
    3. During this time you must be present in the discord server for at least 5 of the 15 hours, it is encouraged to engage with unit members.
    4. Once you have completed the above requirements, you can sign up for the next BCT class.

    After re-reviewing the demos at the request of multiple community members. I am reversing the permanent ban. I was schooled in what the recoil scripts would look like if he was using and how to tell. I was also shown match data from the Competitive matches that take place (he partakes in the invite only division). Hambooga who was other person to watch is one of the admins for the matches.

    -Tick 17,500 (Lack of spread while quick firing STG/BAR; also fight in room after)

    -Tick 34,000 (Instant defense of mid and 1st shot on target while jumping)

    -Tick 37,000 (Seemed to time when guy would appear)

    (Between 2 ticks point where he was firing on MG laid down outside bar, he was not hitting the guy but his shots with bar had very little spread; little to no recoil)

    -Tick 48,500 (1st shot on guy was while he was still hidden by wall, contact point of shot)

    -Tick 65,000 (Jump turn through air directly to guy capping mid)

Now Amsel was on again today, with a 52% HS rating and at the same time, there was another guy playing named above. In review of this account, the same name as previous for him also occured for DOC, i believe this to be no coincidence.
