Uppers Peanut butter or Jelly?

To preface this, I have very very limited experience with anything computer related, so bare with me. I've noticed in console I frequently get this red error text when joining a server, and sometimes throughout playing as well. I don't think it affects my game play at all, but it's just odd to see the text. Can anyone maybe decipher what's going on? And is this something I can correct? Like I said, I don't think it affects game play or performance, but I just wanted to see if it was something I can get rid of. Thanks for anyone's help!
