    Reasons for the Ban: General language and lack of respect for other players. This player has been tip-toeing the line for some time since I've become active again. His chat messages to other players are completely unacceptable. Even though he censors some of his words with asterisks, you can obviously tell what he's saying. Sometimes he doesn't even bother to censor.


    Recommended duration of ban: MP Discretion

    That worked! I was able to connect and played for 5 mins with no lag spikes or anything. I really appreciate your help Cpl. Wright, especially while you are in recovery. <3 <3

     

    EDIT: Just now while playing on Donner, I was getting severe lag, with no change in ping (60's-70's)

    Disconnected from the server and attempted to reconnect. Got the same message as my original post. Going to try to follow these steps again to correct it.

    So, for the last 2 weeks, after switching our ISP, I am no longer able to connect to the public server. I can play on literally any other server except that one. Even the Private. I have tried refreshing 100 times, joining off of a Steam friend, and joining manually in console. Nothing seems to work. If I do randomly get in, I have terrible lag that I do not experience in other servers. Is there anyone that can assist? :'(

  25. Touchpad not working after Windows update

    Hello MSO,

     

    I have a Lenovo Legion Y545 laptop. After a Windows update last Thursday, my touchpad no longer works. I tried updating the drivers, but it says there are no updates available. Luckily I have a wireless mouse that I normally use anyway, but when I want to take my computer somewhere where I can't use the mouse (i.e. bed to watch a movie or something) I'm screwed. I've tried searching on the Lenovo support forum with no luck. I appreciate any input. Thanks!!
