For my Favorite truly local food would probably have to be Apple Butter
And for my favorite international would have to be Chicken Katsu Curry from Japan. When I lived there I could NOT eat enough of it. Sushi is a very close 2nd.

Colorado used to be basically my second home. And I love it!!! Pretty mild weather regardless of season with the exception of the occasional blizzard about once a year. The people for the most part are pretty nice and chill. All the cities are clean and mostly suburbs, but the country is also absolutely beautiful. I say do it.
Seeing as this is a group dedicated to reliving the history of the USMC. I wanted to share some of the pictures I can currently find of my History in the Marines. I plan on posting more when I can. First is a color guard I did with R. Lee Ermey. 2,3 and 5 are from Iwo Jima with Mt. Suribachi in the background. 4 is leaving on a convoy in Iraq. 6 is of my "office." 7 is remembering those who didn't return. 8 is with my son at a Pull Up challenge we were doing while I was on recruiting duty.
