  1. Additionally you can reinstall the software encountering a driver error an infinite number of times to have the problem re-present an equally infinite number of times if you did not update/re-install the driver having the issue. Kernel.dll is the file that references all your active drivers in windows

So I would recommend trying marketfresh's steps and then if needed try uninstalling your driver's and reinstall them. Star with graphics drivers, work your way to storage/sound. Will most likely be graphics though

  2. Next time the game crashes please open the Windows Event Viewer and provide the application crash log so we can review more fully, unless you think you can find the last one (know specifically what time the crash occurred) it is easier to locate a very recent event then going through all the Windows Application Event Logs.

    To open Windows Event Viewer:

    Open Start Menu

    Type in "Event viewer"

    Open the application

  3. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have extended your ban to 3 weeks for when the ban was applied you were attempting to not only disrespect a member of our community, but had applied a direct part of their name thus impersonating the member.

Upon return to the server please do not continue to "Push MRB's buttons" simply to generate a reaction. We do not appreciate trolls, and we do not tolerate disrespect.

  4. Sorry for the delay on the reply to this thread. We generally don't do mid-week matches due to our members availability. We would prefer to avoid full 16v16 matches at this time as it can be difficult to get the commitment across for the date on both sides and matches end up being rescheduled and moved frequently with that number.

I believe we would not have an issue filling a 12v12 roster on the weekend of May the 9th/10th at the time you listed in the OP if that can work out for you? Additionally I wish you the best of luck on getting your sites back up and operational, is always good to see a return of some of the old units from the game.

In addition to what Captain Candy asked, have you tried running the game without McAfee running at all (i.e. disable the mcafee service via task manager)?

Also spontaneous application crashes are often a symptom of overheat issues. Try cleaning your heat-sinks and fans, ensure that none of them are frozen/locked.

If these steps do not aid in resolving the issue please let us know and we will continue to aid in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.

Hello Deconinck. A technician will be with you very soon. A few questions, 1) when you get the notification from McAfee how do you respond? Do you accept or deny. 2) Do you have any other background software that might block this and 3)Do you have auto updates on for steam or any other program?

What was the results/answers to these questions?

  6. Have attempted re-install of direct driver packages, both the Driver package released yesterday [04/15/2020] and last months Driver Package neither has resulted in a change in the symptoms. I have had Larson submit the feedback tracker as well. At this time I am recommending that Larson full uninstall his Graphics card and re-install the most recent Driver package to see about resolving the issue. Does anyone have additional steps that they can recommend to aid in the resolution of this issue. Game itself has been attempted to re-install and issue still persists.

I was unable to initiate an RDP connection with him to initiate more advanced troubleshooting so if someone else is familiar and willing that may be an option to explore.

Bohemia Bug Report Ticket number is T150373

Please add feedback of troubleshooting completed to the ticket as needed. If anyone else is running a GTX1060 and not encountering the error please let us know as well.

  9. Yeah we still rocking it. Has been a little bit of a challenge off and on the last few years but we still have matches, and have revamped the Platoon Practice system you remember recently. I'm glad you are doing well with your Ranked climb, I imagine that's rough especially while administering a community.

  11. Thank you so much for submitting this demo for review.  I have a couple of suggestions for increasing the likelihood that a provided demo will result in catching hackers red-handed.

We recommend a minimum of 5 minutes of footage per suspected player to make sure we are able to catch suspicious play more reliably.

Also in-game demos are functional again, and the preferred evidence type, which helps during review as we can watch once normal, and again with wallack enabled in the playback to confirm suspicious play. To capture in game demos type "record playername" in console, without quotes, and then "stop", also without quotes, after the completion of your recording.  If you are going to put spaces in the player name segment put it in quotes.  You can do 1 demo per player life or 5 continuous minutes, whichever you prefer [I personally do one demo per life and submit them all].

Thank you and keep it up. A hacker free server is a happy server XD
