  1. What troubleshooting have you attempted thus far to resolve the issue?

     

    Have you tried verifying local game files?

     

    Attempted running the game on an alternate install path?

     

    Verified if issues are persistent on an alternate network?

     

    Attempted running the game vanilla [without any mods]?

     

    Confirmed if the issue is server specific?

    Claiming over the internet to be of a specific race, persuasion, creed, religion, or nationality does not allow the use of the slurs pertaining to that subset of populace. We have a 0 tolerance policy for bigotry here. As you were claiming to be reporting the use of it, I did not apply the normal ban duration for use of slurs so as to provide the benefit of the doubt.

  3. If your witnesses would like to come forward and provide demo's of the events we would be able to immediately take action on the individual in question.

     

    Unfortunately the server does not log VoIP interactions and we are only able to take retroactive action based upon text interactions, and are unable to operate with solely hearsay as a basis for action. As evidenced from the available chat logs and event logs, there is no evidence of harassment.

     

    I will take the time to apologize for the inconvenience this surely poses for you and your gaming experience, this is in no way a situation were we are victim blaming or saying to simply deal with the harassment and accept it as a matter of course. Bigotry in it's myriad forms is not welcome within our community. Sadly there is the fact that we need some level of evidence with which to operate on when events are not witnessed by an administrator.

     

    However I can confirm that you used the aforementioned slur in your chat logs, which is why you were banned for 5 days and not the requested 3 days. Additionally you then TK'd and fled the server after having been warned by an admin not to be team killing and had read the Server Rules upon joining the server as they display prior to your ability to join a team in game.

     

    I have unlocked the topic to allow your witnesses to come forth and provide the evidence corroborating your side of the story. Any other further response that is not relevant will be deleted. I am the banning admin and was working off the testimony and evidence provided by @Α-Ω ßÄЯ

    Comments: You are not an admin, and it's not appropriate to imply  to others that you are. Had user not used racial slurs and impersonated admins would have been a temp ban 

  5. Additionally the user you call out was permanently banned, they had already been banned a week when due to the bigoted nature of their alias I upgraded their ban to permanent.

     

    You received a temporary ban due to the simple fact that retaliation is not an acceptable response to the issue. 

     

    You already toe the line with your alias and steam avatar. If I were playing on a server known to have a 0 tolerance policy on racism with a barely veiled racial slur for my alias, I personally would avoid drawing attention to myself.

  6. Other players left through the course of the map, and new ones joined this lowering the number of deaths experienced by the opposing team at the time of the screenshot. Scoreboard tallies the current scores of active players, not the total score accrued throughout the duration of a map or round timer.

     

    Such has been the folly of the source engine scoreboard. So it has been and ever shall be. It is known.

  7. Your score is not that crazy high. Especially considering use of the MG class to attain it.

     

    Try some Carbine magic, when you get to Barry level ask us to beat your score.

Hmm okay, so the lack of any change during testing during a Windows Clean Boot rules out conflicting settings from software/registry errors and is usually indicative of some form of hardware issue as the root cause. As discussed with you previously, it could be low or fluctuating levels of amperage being delivered to your chip-sets. In the event that your replacement power-cable does not resolve the issue, I would recommend asking your local computer shop to test the set up utilizing a different Power Supply Unit.

     

    After eliminating PSU and PSU-Cable as root issues (the outlined course of action will also rule out your PSU umbilici as source of issue as in order to test an alternate PSU you have to use alternate umbilici), I would test an alternate GPU to ensure that your upgrade was not a lemon.

  9. Go through and do a driver check on your CPU and GPU if you haven't already. Additionally check to see if "Windows Game Mode" is enabled, if it is disable it and check to see if the issue persists.

     

    Also does the issue occur whilst in windowed mode?

     

     

    Addendum: Small is currently testing to see if windows game mode was the issue or not.  Preliminary testing shows improvement to the issue in two games as of the time of this posting.

    Type of issue: (Hardware Failure and attempted OS Re-Installation)
    Brief Description of Issue:

    Last week whilst browsing the web and utilizing Microsoft Excel my Wifes Asus Laptop Crashed and Bluescreened with a Disk Error. Unfourtunately at the time her younger brother was on the machine so there were no error-codes collected at any time during the crash or it's subsequently failing boots. Through troubleshooting on my own and with McDowell we have basically been able to confirm that the C: Drive is no longer even being detected by the MOBO and are going to be getting that reviewed to see if it can be salvaged or not. My question at this time is if anyone knows of a means that we could get our Windows 10 Key off the drive so as to avoid paying an extra 100USD to get the OS re-installed after the drive died... Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. I should have an answer as to if the HDD is completely fried or not within the day.
