Also, pub lagged for a full 30 seconds then everyone's ping rose by 50 ms and stayed there. Our server is severely broken.

Everyone has more lag spikes, they are worse than ever. The lag spikes happen in minute cycles with 5 lag spikes in 3 seconds. Our server has horrid lag. I'm not saying this to be judgmental, or to be mean in anyway, but to tell you, bluntly, what is actually happening.

Every server has had an update, but ours is like the only one that's lagging.

The server still has random lag jitters.

The car has paddle shifters and the big metal handle is his e-brake. He does both by the way.

I agree, many people will get used to that and just drive through it without slowing down, so what would happen if an actual kid was there? Hopefully they think , "oh hey, its moving today" and just stop, but i guess time will tell.

I didnt explain myself well enough. Your card is pretty good, but the only thing worth having on it it dx11. I have a 4890 and get between 200 and 300 fps on most maps. And it doesnt necessarily out-do the card dillon said, but it will do dx11 which will be nice in the near future with more and more dx11 games coming out.
