I have been getting these errors since yesterday while trying to browse the forums.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@1stmarineraiders.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

that is a general error and really tells nothing about the problem. It's server side and all we can really do is let the server admin know about it. But the fact that it is touch and go is kinda strange.

Makes me think it could be a caching issue. But what do I know

Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while. Other than having our server provider look into it and probably reload our server, we are unable to do anything about it. It only lasts a few hours in the dead of night and it happens maybe once every few months. We really don't see it as a pressing issue.

A quick refresh is all you need.

Also, 1st MRB forums don't encounter it as much due to the lower volume of traffic/posts/etc...At the other place I'm at (Simulation Chamber), it happens every so often due to some weird things with the forum software or whatnot. I don't know our problems there as much since I often come into the irc channel late into the discussion. But there it sucks when you submit a post that's like...3 pages long on microsoft word and it gives you the error screen. XD;;

No big, just refresh.
