MP4 Converter

Just pirate a TON of movies and I like to move them to my iPod but my current program is kind of finicky so I was wondering what programs you guys (if any) know of that work well.

FYI - iPods can ONLY play mp4 video formats so that's why you need a converter :\

I use WinX video converter. It will change between formats and utilize up to 4 cores. Great program and worth the cost.
