Complete wipe

alright here are a few things first off i want to find an easy way to wipe my hard drive completely since im getting alot of troubles with it then i need to find a version of windows 7 that would work great for me either family home premium or something else but that has the serial number unused or something

CCleaner has a tool that could wipe your hard drive entirely.

If you install a new version of windows over what you already have it should basically do what you want anyways so I'd just do that.

ok well its either i buy a new windows 7 copy or if someone knows of a crack that works good without virus since my anti virus is down and i only have a free version for now

I don't know how good of an idea it is to use a pirated copy of Windows (because it is the operating system). If you are in college or know people in college, usually you can secure a copy of windows 7 pro for around $30. See Windows 7 Student Discount. Most 4 year universities garner a discount.
