Non-newtonian fluid on a speaker cone would be a great conversation piece on my coffee table.

I too have observed the Barus effect when I have effectively withheld my urine for several hours and then go to release it. It's a mix of emotion, almost equatable to bathing in pure white light tainted with guilt and shame for hitting the ceramic rim of the toilet.
