Steam registry and UI problems

So randomly yesterday my steam wouldnt even come to load for the was an error " steam .exe (main exception) registry is being used by another process, timeout expired" and i searched all over the web and support for help and there was nothing i could do. so i decided to do previous comp restore..... now it says failed to load steam UI llocalization file... WHAT NOW? =/

have you try to deleted your ClientRegistry.blob?

steam cant be running when you do this

Step 1:

Follow the instructions in the link.

If that doesn't work

Step 2:

1.) Exit Steam

2.) Browse to your Steam folder on your computer (usually C:\Program Files\Steam)

3.) Now delete the following files: ClientRegistry.blob, SteamUI.dll and steamclient.dll

4.) Restart Steam and it will do an update and hopefully fix your problem
