Ok, Starting on Monday, weigh in, just bought a home gym for work out, ab work out, then a 1 mile run. this routine is gonna be a 5 day routine, including work days. Sat and Sun off. Right now I weigh 213.

Goal weight: 180 lb.

Stop smoking 01Sept

increase upper body strength.

Be ready for ToughMudder event 03Dec.
